Jim Rogers is an award winning chef and owner of Andiamo Restaurant + Bar. His vision is to create a neighborhood restaurant serving exquisitely prepared, fresh, Italian food based on traditional recipes.
Andiamo features traditional Italian dishes with Chef Jim’s personal touch. The Bolognese has a scoop of house-made burrata on top, and the Short Rib “Two Way” – a seasonal special – is served with hand rolled pasta filled with braised short rib, Cipollini onion and caramelized carrots. Chef Jim uses only artisanal and local ingredients, including double zero flour- the finest milled flour available – for his house made ravioli. The vision of Andiamo is to base each dish on a fresh, house made ingredient. We do just that, making fresh mozzarella, burrata, ravioli, sausage and focaccia in our kitchen, just for our guests.
